Book Review:
So I really thought this was a physiological thriller or something. This is definitely a dark read. Like belt around the neck dark read and consensual adult rape scenes.
Did I like the book? Yep. 
Was the book a dark read? Yep
Was the book a page turner? Yep
Was I surprised where it was going? Yep
Did it keep me guessing? Yep
Was I shocked by the ending? Kinda
Is this a HOA? can't say, but don't read it if you require them
Is this book a standalone? Yep
Is the author writing another? Nope...she has answered this many times

Who should read this book? If you have read Captured In the Dark, this could be up your alley. However, I think this book is darker. The sex is darker and so is the tone. How can a book be darker than Captured In the Dark? IDK.....it just was to me.

I'm really kinda disappointed with the ending. I mean, did I see it coming? It was a possibility. I wasn't sure exactly where the author was going to take it, but I knew it was an option. This isn't my first book with a crazy ending so I think that is why I'm not crazy shocked and in love with it like so many other readers. 

I give it 4-4.5 stars because the sex was insane and the story was original to me. Raw was just what I needed to shake my reading up.
