Is Try the right book for you? Answer the following questions:
1. Does an erotic male/male romance bother you?
2. Does reading very explicit sex male/male sex scenes bother you
If you said yes to either of the above questions, this is not the book for you. If you said no, answer the next set of questions:
1. Does reading a male/male romance turn you on?
2. Would you like to learn some new bedroom techniques to try on your partner?
If you said yes to either of these questions, TRY is the right book for you. You will learn some new techniques and this book will turn you on if you're not freaked out about a male/male romance book.
Moving on..........
Book Blurb:
Try – verb: to make an attempt or effort to do something or in this case…someone.Sex. Logan Mitchell loves it, and ever since he realized his raw sexual appeal at a young age, he has had no problem using it to his advantage. Men and women alike fall into his bed—after all, Logan is not one to discriminate. He lives by one motto—if something interests you, why not just take a chance and try?
And he wants to try Tate Morrison.
Just coming out of a four-year marriage with an ex-wife from hell, a relationship is the last thing on Tate’s mind. He’s starting fresh and trying to get back on his feet with a new job at an upscale bar in downtown Chicago.
The only problem is, Tate has caught the unwavering and unwelcome attention of Mr. Logan Mitchell – a regular at the bar and a man who always gets what he wants.
Night after night Tate fends off the persistent advances of the undeniably charismatic man, but after an explosive moment in the bar, all bets are off as he finds his body stirring with a different desire than his mind.
As arrogance, stubbornness and sexual tension sizzles between the two, it threatens to change the very course of their lives.
Logan doesn’t do relationships. Tate doesn’t do men. But what would happen if they both just gave in and…tried?
Book Review:
Holy Hot Sex On A Planet Just To Get Me Wet.
Try is not my first male/male romance, but it is the best male/male romance that I have read. I bet you're wondering what made it the best, huh? Well, let me just tell you...without giving the story away.
This couple couldn't be any different and so much a like at the same time. Logan is demanding and goes for what he wants. Tate is stubborn and once he makes up his mind, gets what he wants. Logan can't ever stop running his mouth, and in the bedroom it seems that Tate can't either. See? A like, but different.
Oh, one of those points where the boys are alike? Their filthy, dirty mouths. Logan is inappropriate anytime he feels like it, which is all the time where as Tate is such a dirty boy when the two are together. Such naughty things come out of his mouth during a particular phone call. Whoa baby.
What made Try stand-out for me as a 5 star is the character development. We [the readers] were right along side this couple as their relationship developed, decisions were made and lives were changed. We feel the stress they are going through, our hearts beat furiously when things go horribly wrong, our breath hitches in those moments and our bodies tense up during the sexual tension. We live these characters.
Try is the perfect name for this book. Each character is trying something new. They are trying to figure it out. They are trying to get it right. They are doing the work and it is brilliant to read.
I loved this book. The way Ella developed her characters, they way she grew them into the people they are at the end and the way she gave great new bedroom material to her audience makes this a 5 star read for me. Come on. Give Try a try.
